Well of hope in DRC for people displaced by LRA

Source: ECHO In Ndedu, displaced people like Mbikamboli Celestin are benefitting from the intervention of humanitarian aid agencies. The European Commission Humanitarian Aid department (ECHO) has a 45 million euro country programme for the DRC and is supporting health care access for both displaced people and the local population as well as the building of wells and safe water sources.
